Incompetence

In September 2021 I gave notice to cancel my contract with TELKOM. After follow up emails and calls, it seems like it was never action. Now today 27/03/2023 I have received the 3rd set of Attorneys to try and collect the monies owed to them for Telkom's incompetence. I have even followed up with the previous debt collectors and given all my correspondence to them and yet now TELKOM response!!! You guys are waisting your money on attorneys to try and fox your *********** staff. Please note I will not pay 1 cent to any attorney as I have given notice and followed up myself with the progress. If you guys cant perform your job, don't expect me to pay for poor non existent service.
