Incompetence

I logged a request online for my contract to be cancelled and you guys were supposed to contact me. All I received was sms's to say my reference numbers are closed. This is why I'm cancelling my contract. You guys are just ***********!!!!! You will not debit me again on the 20th. Someone had better phone me before I go to the ombudsman and you hear from my lawyer!!!
