Incompetence

22 October 2019 I went to Fourways mall to upgrade from 10GB to 40GB, signed the contract and was told it is active. Come 1st November, I still got 10GB. I drove to the mall again and they "fixed" the issue. The woman that assisted me said they will add 30GB, when I get home I will have my 40GB. I checked when I got home, to my surprise, I got 40GB PLUS the 10GB. Meaning I will be charged for 2 contracts/50GB this month. HELL NO.
