Incompetence

I bought a smart voice call phone from telkom and I have been trying to make international calls from my FLLA wifi phone to no avail. I called all the available service centers from telkom and they kept sending me from one end to the other for days. I still can't make international calls and no one from telkom seems to know exactly how to help me. I was told to order the service which I did and was told it's now active but still it doesn't work and no one seems to know why.
