Incompetence

Incompetence !!!! I phoned Telkom Mobile Customer Services. Robetha answered. I enquired about the Sony Experia Z3 Compact. They do not pick it up on their system!! I am looking at it in their Brochure!!!! In the Brochure it is on a Smartplan 50. I just want to know what will the price be on the Smartplan 250. After 30 minutes on the line, they refer me to a Telkom Mobile outlet !!! Why is there a Telkom Mobile Customer service?? And of course - No Supervisor available to assist. They are in a meeting! Telkom Mobile wake up! I want to spend R 450,00 per months on a new contract and they can not even answer a basic question??
