INCOMPETENCE

<p>At the beginning of October I went to Telkom at Mall @ Reds to sign a contract for a Samsung Galaxy S7. I dealt with NQABAYETHU ZULU. He said it takes 1.5 weeks to receive stock. I subsequently left all my private documents with him. It is now a MONTH later and I have not heard from him. Doesn it take this long to receive stock?????? I then went to Telkom at East Rand Mall and signed a contract and they recieved stock within a week. I emailed Nqabayethu Zulu to send my documents through to this store. But he has IGNORED my email. I will not drive 50km to pick up documents because of his incompetence. I want my documents sent to East Rand Mall. Why is he refusing to send my documents through?????? They cannot proceed with the contract because Nqabayethu Zulu refuses to send my documents! </p>
