Incompetence

<p>I can not believe you the incompetence off the staff that works at telkom. And the best part is they leave me so that I hear what's going on and they laugh about it. I asked to speak to a manager and the agent puts another agent on the line. Is there a reason why telkom does not want us to speak to a team manager. I need someone to call me urgently to sort this out. </p>
