Incompetence

They dont even deserve a rating. Beginning of the year i had cancelled a data contract that i had for a tablet. The idiots cancel my voice contract and made my number a prepaid number. Then february this year when fibre was installed, the request for the adsl and landline was sent through. Up until now it still has not been cancelled. Everytime i phone the technical centre i get some bull**** story that the cancel order is stuck. Im being charged for fibre plus adsl and landline. This is the supposed closed incident number ***. The incompetence disgusts me.
