Incompetence

I took out the sim only R499 deal, received it then it was canceled 3 days later. When I called back, I spoke to more than 6 consultants who all said they were escalating. When I call back today to find out what is going on they say I need to reapply. I'm so ****ed, Telkom has the worst service ever.
