Incompetence

I logged a call ********** 5 to follow up on a follow up on a Dr order date change that was made in August but wasnt actioned. ON the 10 Oct they assured the matter has been resolved. Maggie on messenger confirmed the Dr would be processed 25th Oct. It's the 20th today and the Dr order went off. When it reverses I'm going to be charged 300 for a reversal. I'm beginning it's a strategy to raise funds. Telkom use to be the cheapest in market but so was their service. But now they ***** data just as other networks but now their service is still the same.
