Incompetence

If you want bad service then purchase a cellphone contract with Telkom mobile. i have such a poor service with them for the past 4 months calling in every now and then but up to this day my query has not been resolved. They have my account on arrears until today even if they acknoweldged that it is their mistake to think that I have cancelled a cellphone contract with them. When i call in, different consultant sweet talk me and promise me that the problem will be resolved i just need to be credited however up until today i have not been credited and still my account in arrears for something i didn't even do. How many months does it take to credit a client?????
