Incompetence

I have received nothing but sh%t service from Telkom this year.

Now I can't even get out of my contracts because of pending disputes that have not been closed. Ive been over billed, none of my 6 queries that I've logged this year have been resolved and because of the huge bill I can't cancel nor change anything on my profile.
