Incompetence

<p>I told their sales representative that I want to install a 20mb vdsl line at my house. He then assured me that by installing a landline would be sufficient sonce it can carry up to 40mb. I then waited over 2 weeks for them to install the landline. My internet service provider then informed me that I need to talk to telkom since there is no dsl line on my account for them to use. Another telkom sales agent then said sorry but some of their staff sre idiots and don't know what they are doing. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks before they will sort this out. </p> <p>I have 2 of their technicians on my cell phone and they say it's a 2min job. Why can't this be escalated accordingly, since this was their ***** up in the first place? </p> <p>I give them 24 hours before I open one of their exchange boxes and play around with it...</p>
