Incompetence

I received my invoice for the month of July and contacted Telkom Mobile in order to query the amount. The consultant on the other end was not able to explain the costs which made up my total amount due. She repeatedly provided inaccurate information to me and was not able explain correctly as to the amount that will be deducted from my account. She then advised that the statement is not updated and this will only be updated after my account is debited. How can the service provider not be able to provided the mount due. I requested to speak to a manager and I am still waiting. This is ********* practice and I would like to be contacted urgently by someone who is competent enough to assist me.
