Incompetence

We did application for the iPad mini 2 at the iStore in Cresta, about 3 months ago. The telkom representative there made a mess of our whole account. Our telkom account (iPad and internet) has been terminated because of non-payment because somewhere, someone extremely *********** decided to stop our Debit orders and change the non existent debit order date . After spending hours on the phone holding and talking to people who have no idea how to deal with people, we received an amount to be paid, which we then paid, now telkom is telling us we are still in the arrears. THIS IS NOT EVEN OUR FAULT AND NOW WE ARE BEING PENALIZED. Get the damn act together and employ people who has brains
