Incompetence
I tried to have a landline installed on our new business premises, the consultant did not know what I needed or the prices, which is ridiculous firstly. Secondly the sales manager Chene did not know the prices either and made me wait 20 minutes to get prices. How are you the manager and you do not know the prices? I still have no idea what to do or how to go about having a line installed. Such incompetence is unparalleled.
