Incompetence.

In april of 2014 the Telkom lines were ****** in our area, upon enquiring Telkom informed us that they would not be replacing the lines, ie NO SERVICE since April 2014.

Eventually Telkom provided us with a wireless modem for the landline connection, this never worked.

Our business' internet and of course landline number was thus non-existant.
Eventually we requested Telkom to terminate our landline service as we installed 3-g at our own cost and since then have only Cell communication ability and 3-g internet.

Telkom never reacted to our request to terminate, I reported this to ICASA and Telkom refunded us a portion
of the monthly DO payments since April 2014.

Then we received a notice stating we owe Telkom a certain amount and now the lawfirm VVM is wanting to hand us over to a credit buro after we explained the situation to them on 3 different occasions.

Someone is not listening and apparently VVM policy is we may not speak with the person in charge, if we all take this attitude the people on the floor will do whatever they want, or not.
