Incompetence
I am yet to receive a call back from the team leader who was suppose to call me back Friday the 28th. All I wanted was names of all the agents I have spoken to from April till now . I was put on hold for more than 40 mins and told they were short staffed and that my I shouldn't be complaining . No customer service whatsoever!!!
