Incompetant employees

I have been in-store at the Secunda branch 3 times and once over the phone to attempt to increase my DSL line speed from 10mb to 20mb (line only, I use another ISP)...............so this requires me to give Telkom more money each month...........you would think they would be interested. the first 2 times I was told they don't know how to do it as it a new system.........I then attempted the call me back option online..........I received a call and went through all the steps and was told it will take up to 30 days. I had previously updated my line from 4bm to 10mb about 3 months prior, it took 10min in the shop and 2 days to activate. Needless to say, I then went online and checked active orders......NOTHING....... unlike when upgrading to 10mb. Yesterday I went in-store and attempted again. I eventually got to the front of the queue after 30min, the lady then said she will be back in 2 minutes, she arrived back in 10min. sat down for 2 minutes and then calmly went on to say she is on my profile ready to activate it but her system is not responding and she will go try in the back office. 15min later she returned and said I must come back tomorrow. I confronted her and asked why all the other systems are online.........she said she is working on a different system. Unknowingly to her while she was in the back I looked at her screen.......the system was on the main page (not my profile) and had not frozen..........she was just either *********** and didn't know how to do it, or considering it was near lunch time.........she just really couldn't give a f#ck. This is pathetic service.
