Telkom service levels are patatic I have been trying to contact them regarding my account and no one can get back to me as to why they are charging me R1300 for contract thats R199 per month. I spoke to a lady at the call cantre she requested me to send her my statement same has been sent ********** as per her request. No feedback from last month.
