Incompetance, Useless, Shocking, Clueless, Embarrassing, Dont care attitude, Disappointing, Disgraceful

<p>I have being struggling since the 25th May. I followed up the 29th May to learn that the order was not reflecting at all. I then placed a new order on the 29th May. I have made over 15 telephone calls since then to get an update on the progress of the order. Sales say its Technical, Technical say its Sales, there is no accountabilty what so ever. Its unfortunate that I choose Telkom. Dont know what to do anymore!!!!!!!!!HELP</p>
