Incompetance

I urge you to look at the 14 service requests I have sent this year. Technicians are happy to close the fault but do little if nothing to rectify the problem. No escalations, no communication. Empty promises and a waste of time as each technician comes out to evaluate the problem that neither can solve. I rate Telkom as the most *********** company in South Africa. We have truly done ourselves an injustice by letting this monopoly rule our communications sector.
