incompentence

<p>i have just recived one the most horrible service from my network provider TELKOM mobile to say the list. one advisor says and the another says another. nowadys we use our mobiles to do just about evrything.</p> <p>i for one have not been able to se my phone for the past 4weeks because they never took my direct debit let alone trying to do take the monye which is always availabe. so they ask me to do a manual payment went to the store"now here come they juicey part of the story" the storegives me the wrong reference number for the payement. few day later after have made the payment they blocked my phone. could not call their support team. a friend suggested their live chat spke to about 10 people they spoke like robots had no clue what the hell is happening on of then had the nerve to say pay again although ive made payment and another pretended that he couldnt and dropped the phone whilst i was speak but funny enough he could hear me very well when we went through security.</p> <p>after a week trying to get through to them ive still not been able to recieve service on my phone instead i recieved a message say"the servies will be terminated due non payment and i should make an arrange failure to that handed over to the attorneys for collections and listed at the credit bureaus."</p>
