Incompent staff at Telkom Westgate Shopping Centre

I had an ********** experience at the Telkom store at the Westgate Shopping Centre in Roodepoort. Staff is absolutely clueless about the products they selling there. I purchased an Apple Iphone 13 2 months ago the store but the consultant himself had no clue on how to operate an IPhone. It's ridiculous because they selling the product they should be either trained about the product or show an initiative to want to learn about the product.

Today again I'm at the store wanting to transfer my contacts from my Android to my Iphone and the first thing the consultant says to me is that she has not been trained on how to operate an IPhone so she won't be able to assist, imagine. I'm paying a very high installment for this product which no one knows how to operate. They then get me a second person to assist, she has me waiting in the store for approximately 45 minutes and ends up saying she cannot assist.

I'm sorry if this is the service we receive for buying high end products at that store, shame that is the last thing I will ever be purchasing there.
