Incompatance

I wrote a review on the 27th February 2018 about telkoms bad service and incompatance and no one contacted me. I will keep writing until someone call me as the call centre keep dropping calls and management dont seem to care. How can you cancel applications without notification? I want everyone to know how bad telkoms service is and will post it all over social media.
