Incommunicado Telkom or its Helkom?

There is a problem on my account, but I can't get a person to talk to. Everywhere they have bots, call them and eventually the IVR drops your call.

I closed my mobile account with the final date of 2023-02-28. The person at that stage said I owe them 18 cent and then it will be over. Two days ago they submitted a debit order for R302 and some cents.
