Incoming Mail Server STILL DOWN

Again I had to phone today with regards to the Telkom Incoming Mail Server that is down. This problem has been persistent from Friday 17 May 2018 and we have been phoning your contact Center. I want to inform you that I am very unhappy with the service from Telkom. We have had nothing but issues and unfortunately your Call Centre Staff is not willing / qualified to assist with these types of issues. As paying customers you expect us to just sit back and accept this horrible service whilst we loose money and business on a daily basis directly because of this. I am fed up to say the least. To top it all off your call Center Consultant Ms *** *** informed me that there is no estimated time! This is UNEXPECTABLE! If I delivered this type of service to my customers I would have been out of business!
