Income loss!!

<p>I'm a medical doctor with my own practice in a small town with very poor cell phone reception... </p> <p>Thanks to Telkom porting all my phone/internet lines to a company in PE, I am loosing patients and income. One week and several infuriating hours struggling with call center operators I still have no internet and cannot phone anyone!! I cannot even bill medical aids for patients who do come in. </p> <p>Very very very poor service. Do they even train their employees?? </p>
