Incapable Telkom

I have been complaining to Telkom since 18 Dec 2018 re my prepaid landline being suspended for no reason. Almost 4 months later....34 ref nrs....7 visits to Telkom offices and still no progress!!! Beyond pathetic!! Worst telecoms company in SA!!!
