Incapable employees!!!

<p>We recently had ADSL wifi installed in our home, not knowing that for the most important part it would not work! Our phones connect perfectly with the wifi, and when people visit their phones connect perfectly as well. My laptop did connect the 1st few days and then it just started saying NO INTERNET, SECURED. Our phones still working fine on wifi. I've phoned Telkom various times (from my cellphone because we didn't take the landline) to help in this regard, but no one seems to know what they are doing!!! No real technicians! The one lady put the phone down in my ear when I assume she realised she couldn't help me. Another lady told me my laptop is broken. When I take my laptop to places that have wifi it connects flawlessly, but it's broken? Why can no one help you???? </p>
