Incapability or Abuse of power
Last week I was notified that my new ADSL line instal was complete, overlooking the troubles Telkom had put me through to get there I decided to turn my complaint here on Hellopeter into a compliment; where they (Monieb from Telkom media...) acknowledged my compliment

The very next day my line went down and instead of acting out of anxiety and frustration I decided not to make much of the situation by logging a fault to which I haven't received a feedback up to now (week long). I spoke to Celiwe (Telkom staff) who notified me of the completion of my installation and she managed to get the Technician assigned to the fault but when she tried again she herself was getting a voicemail from the technician and not much from his Mitchells Plain section Manager concerning the reason why my line is down let alone for this long.

Right now I am being led to believe that if Telkom is not losing touch of its work force structures, then it must be in on it (Customer abuse, arrogance and some form of self destruction one gets when they employ people who are in it only for their own gain and irresponsible concerning their duties). Do we have our own Executive Order 13010 as is with USA?
