Inadequate service and out of stock

Having recently been the victim of theft, I visited the Telkom store in Bayside Mall, Table View in order to buy a new cell phone. Having enquired about the specials they had on iPhones and deciding upon one, I went back the next day to purchase the phone of my choice and after waiting for over an hour in the line (this doesn't bother me- I understand it's month end and it's busy) I was told casually by an assistant that they were out of stock, despite being displayed (as a dummy with full details of contract specs) for sale in the front of the shop. When I asked why they had not put up a sign so as to let people know before they waste an hour in line, the assistant responded with an irritated tone and was completely disinterested in being of any help or assistance, or offering so much as a half hearted apology.<br> Needless to say, I will definitely not do business with Telkom again and will most certainly never recommend them to anyone.
