Inadequate - phoenix plaza branch

Piece of **** service, I went to the phoenix plaza branch, a lady assisted me in upgrading my new data sim package, however she made me wait 4 HOURS!!!!! I am currently facing health challenges and can't walk on my own, I sat in my wheelchair for 4 straight hours with my husband , only to come home and find out the new data simcard I received was a empty prepaid card and the contract was not transfered into the new card I was given by the telkom staff... what I joke ... I am currently waiting over 72 hours to get my contract into this new blank simcard I was given
