INACTIVE SIM CARD

Router was delivered, it more than 48 hrs and it not activated. Telkom why selling things that we cannot use. I'm regretting now, tried to call 10213 then they said i must call 10210. JUST PLEASE ACTIVATE THE DAMN SIM CARD.
