Inactive plucked in router

Good day Early this year, a sales person from telkom sold me a wifi plucked in router, i specifically asked for a pocket router. But they sent me a plucked in router. I then called them to come and pick it up which they never did. I followed up several times and they didnt come to pick it up. I later went to fourways telkom store to purchase a pocket router since i needed it. Then telkom started charging me for the plucked in router which i have been asking them to come n pick up. I called again n again but they never responded. I then started reversing the money since they dont respond to my complaints. I dont mind paying for the pocket router since i went to purchase it from the store. But the problem is that, they are charging me for the plucked in router and its not even active. Please assist me in getting telkom to pick up their plucked in router which i dont even use, i even went to north gate telkom store to ask for assistance to get somebody to come and pick it up and nothing happened. And i will pay for the pocket router not the plucked in router. Thank u
