Inaccurate accounts and wrong debit order dates

Hi all.the worst company ever is telkom.when i started the contract i paid 943 rands the first month.after that every month not less than 2700 rands.i went to telkom offices many times.they say okay its fixed .next month again the same problem.i called all over on telkoms customer service .and sent those people emails .and still no response.i went there last month in march.with my bankstatements.then they tell me again all is sorted.know end of april i paid 2700 again.every time its going off on my bank.i went in on my account know its shows i owe them 3700 rand.i cant understands this.i went to the grove spoke too a lady she was so rude that i actually sweared at her because she cant help me. So know i am going too carte blanche and too newspapers. I will never ever recommend any one too telkom worst service ever.
