INABILITY TO REPAIR MOBILE PHONE UNDER WARRANTY

I took a 24 month contract for a Blackberry Q5 in march 2014 with telkom. In December 2014 the phone refused to charge. I took it into Telkom Gateway for repairs on the 22nd of December as I still had a warranty till march 2015. The consultant checked the phone and booked it in for repairs and I was told it should take 3 to 4 weeks for repairs. After several unsuccessful attempts in trying to contact them telephonically I came across an email address for them. 14 Jan 2015 I mailed saying that the phone just rings continously. I ask what the status of my phone is, they rep**** that they will get hold of repair centre. On the 20th of Jan 2015 I received an sms stating that I owed AMC R188.10 for my Q5. On investigation this was the charge for handling fees for my phone which was not fixed. why ?it was not repairable, the charging point was damaged, , they promised me photos never received. They would not fix it as they say it was deliberately damaged. My question to them was \why would I deliberately damage my phone if I know that I will be paying for a handset that I do not have"no answer given Its now 2 months and counting & fee paid i still do not have my phone. Very unhappy!"""
