Inability to link integrated sim to adsl data

<p>I've obtained two integrated Telkom sim cards about one month apart, but Telkom only managed to get te first one linked to my adsl data. For six weeks now I've been trying to get Telkom to link the second sim to my adsl data, but they seem totally incapable to do this! All that I'm getting from Telkom via Twitter are promises of feedback, but other than that NOTHING is happening. Telkom can it REALLY be this difficult to have one of your own sim cards activated.? Your service is really non-existent. It boggles my mind as to why you actually have call centres. Rather get rid of them and deliver a real service instead of lip service.</p>
