Inability to fix a landline

Telkom used to be a good service provider. Of late their service is below par and absolutely useless for the most part. A simple line cannot be fixed with a few days.

64CVK180917 is the fault number. I will not keep on the phone when phoning from my cell phone. They say their call back function does not work. A phone company whose line does not work to make calls, that is very typical.
