Inability of Telkom to move landline for 8 months!!!

I have been trying to have a landline moved within 8 kms of the old premises since July 2018. This is for my Uncle and Aunt who are 90 and 93 respectfully. To-date I have been unsuccessful. It is like Telkom in Pinetown does not exist.
