In times like theses we need a new company that can take over from Telkom as they are in over their heads.

So on the 17th of April 2019 i placed an online order. I confirmed the order with an gentlemen over the phone and though wow okay that was easy i should be helped in the next 7 to 14 days but as he did not state working days i decided it was probably working days. it is exactly a month later and not once have i received progress on my order no body has called me back even though i've been trying to get assistance since the 06th of May 2019 with no luck as everybody passes the buck just to get you off the line. when you try and quote the reference you get for the call locked they either can't pick it up on their system or the system is currently off. I also dont perticipait any response on this review as Telkom is a state owned company and are the only service providers for ADSL thanks for making me hate the system and being a depro SOuth African thank you for your **** service and making me want to maybe start my own business and take away yours.
