**** in Telkom's name

I had a contract with Telkom 2 years ago. I had their App for payment or any issues or payment and I don't even owe them but recently I have been getting threatening SMS about a debt of R483.45 from some ***. Payment must be made by way of https://pay.ozow.io/p. So I visited Telkom there was no debt on their system with my name but the gentleman in Telkom Kolonade phoned someone who indicated that I owe R367.64 for Heita. This is a **** and will neve pay it. please investigate this. Even their SMS have so many typing has so may errors.
