In arrears

<p>Since i got my line there has been confusion. From the amount owed up to the amount in arrears this day. I have yried contacting them numerous times to get the bill sorted out. But to no avail. Now i have received messages from them threatening to switch off my libe if no payments are made. But i have no way of getting hold of them to get banking details</p>
