Improving customer services

I had a great experience with customer service at The Atrium in Durban. The lady there helped me with a smile and was very efficient. The call centres also upped their game and have been improving a lot - maybe Telkom is trying to improve, whatever they're doing, I had a good experience so far! Also, please ensure the staff at The Atrium gets recognition :)
