Improved Sales Service

I am impressed with the service received from the Telkom Sales call centre over the past year and it definitely deserves a mention. Well done on the improvement Telkom. Particularly to Zack whom I spoke with today that made a bad day and holding on for so long better.

Please follow suit with the rest of your departments. Also, if I had not been on hold for 20 minutes before reaching Zack, I probably would've rated you a 5.
