improper service

I had a problem with Telkom to the extent I lodged a complaint with ICASA my reference is ICASA Complaint Resolution ICASA:*** . I had a contract with Telkom which was overdue and taken a new contract to my surprise the following month double payments were deducted and I was told since my previous contract expired the new one will start from scratch and they deducted money for the following 3 months and on top of that data bundles were bought of which my contract did not allow me to buy when they are finished to date my problem is not resolved because I wanted to be shown the sms that shown receipt of the bought bundles and how they were used to date they can't show me those.
