Impressive work

I have been having a hassle with moving my line only to be told that they do not have infrastructure to move it and after numerous calls of getting nowhere with telkom, I speak to a lady at the call centre called Thuli Ngwenya. She is the example of the efficiency that callers expect from the call centre when they call. From the numerous calls that I have made to telkom during these past three weeks or so, she is very efficient and I commend her skills. Keep it up.
