Impossible to report a landline fault

Good day

I have tried to report my faulty landline via SMS, calling the10210 and via the online chat. There is always an error message sent or Telkom experiencing large volume of calls! This has been going on since Thursday last week. The number which is faulty is ********** 878. I can be contacted in ********** 029
