IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLED OR HELP

I have just recently moved into a new complex and was looking forward to getting broadband internet set up, however we were informed that we would have to apply for Telkom infrastructure to be installed at the complex. It has now been almost 5 months of frustration trying to get a hold of call centre agents and/or anyone who can tell us how to get infrastructure installed. I have just heard of an elusive \Planning"department. But have received no concrete answers on when or if we can expect an installation to be done.<br> <br> Of course this is to be expected when there is only ONE landline provider in the entire country!
