Impossible to get hold of Telkom

Trying to cancel my service and it feels like telkom is avoiding me.

Ive tried reaching you on you normal routes and either you are experiencing problems with your systems or the account number i enter into my phone is repeated in questioning, your site doesnt sent the OTP to register....

Like wow, no wonder why people are leaving your service.

Id like someone to please call me so i can cancel my land line as I dont know where to go because the channels you supply for isnt working and is becoming a serious frustration now.
